The Belarus Trade Mission in Atlanta

The B2B meetings are scheduled for 11.00AM – 5.00PM on November, 8 2011 and will take place at the World Trade Center Atlanta (303 Peachtree Street NE Lower Lobby STE 100, Atlanta, GA 30308)

On November, 8 2011, you can meet Belarus’ delegation made up of representatives from 5 companies. Their primary focus will be establishment of business contacts with companies here in Atlanta, GA.

The Belarus delegation will be represented by the following companies:

1. Khoruzhency. Food retail

1) Company Description:
Our company represents retail shop’s network specialized on food items. We have own production shop of convenient food from poultry, pork and beef. The distribution area is Belarus and its capital Minsk. We are moving forward with purchasing of culinary shop.

2) Specific product(s) / service(s) to be marketed during this mission:
We would like to share experience on production of convenience food.

3) Please indicate your product(s) / services(s) major competitive advantage
compared to others in the industry:
We have own production cycle helping us to avoid resellers. That gives us an opportunity to offer competitive prices. We are situated close to houses and saving time of our customers by offering them all kind of goods.

4) What are your measurable goals for this mission?
We would like to meet business circles from US. Share with new technologies in our field. Also, we will review an opportunity to set-up an export-import oriented joint enterprise.

5) In what areas/sectors should we concentrate on arranging sales meetings for your company?
Due to growing factor and our expansion on Belarusian market we are planning to implement new production lines (sausage, cooked meat production, food additives).

2. Food Expert. Wholesale food distributor.

1) Company Description:
Wholesale production company, specialized on asian food production, particularly sushi. Producing full sets of sushi for sale.

2) Specific product(s) / service(s) to be marketed during this mission:
We offer trade market of Belarus, our knowledge of Belarusian market and purchase requirements.

3) Please indicate your product(s) / services(s) major competitive advantage
compared to others in the industry:
Experience of sale in HORECA and RETAIL.
Huge customers’ database.
We are the only producer of full sets of sushi with prolonged date of sale.

4) What are your measurable goals for this mission?
Would like to find wholesale suppliers of asian food products.
Would like to learn new production technologies of fast food. Currently in Belarus we can observe increased demand of fast food (example sandwiches in vacuum packs) but there is no offer. We are interested in investors who would like to participate in production of fast food in Belarus.

5) In what areas/sectors should we concentrate on arranging sales meetings for your company?
Investors in fast food production field.
Wholesalers with asian food.

3. Thermoisolation. Turnkey construction company.

1) Company Description:
Construction company working on the turnkey basis.

2) Specific product(s) / service(s) to be marketed during this mission:
New technologies in construction field and customers demand’s research.

compared to others in the industry:
12 years experience on Belarusian market with latest technologies.

4) What are your measurable goals for this mission?
Business contacts with constructions and exploiting companies in regards with customer’s demand and up-to-date technologies.

Area of goods and services in construction field.

4. Prometei. Construction business, import of construction materials, production and export of mineral water.

Production and processing of timber wood, lumbering.

2) Specific product(s) / service(s) to be marketed during this mission:
Products of lumbering. Possible set-up of joint enterprise in Belarus.

3) Please indicate your product(s) / services(s) major competitive advantage
compared to others in the industry:
Our company has high quality products and able to maintain high total volume of products.

4) What are your measurable goals for this mission?
Experience, investments, possibility of joint enterprise in Belarus.

5) In what areas/sectors should we concentrate on arranging sales meetings for your company?
Production and processing of timber.

The primary focus will be establishment of business contacts with companies here, looking for products and services supplier, joint ventures, and sales/distribution opportunities. The companies will be represented by their CEOs.
